Railway Minister Shri Laloo Prasad Yadav should be congratulated for presenting a bold, beneficial and buoyant with a bouquet which will be welcomed by all sections of the people which will also boost the income of the Railways without the common man shouldering the burden which is a common factor in any budget.
In the basket full of benefits, mention has to be made in particular about Public-Private-Partnership, Private container trains, cabin café and ATM facility, 50% discount to handicapped, unemployed and farmers. Railway Protection Force for security of women apart from other benefits like 55 new trains and speeding of 200 trains.
All the benefits mentioned above by the Minister will be a big positive to the spending power of the Indian Middle Class.
